Every Cartonomic design is made for one child or one family. Here is what happens after you click Add to basket.
1. Fill in the boxes
Each product page has personalisation boxes above the Add to basket button. They ask only for what that design needs:
- Party kits: child’s name, age, party date, time and address, and the name and phone number for RSVPs.
- Initials posters, initials tees and mugs: name, initials and date of birth.
- Family posters and shirts: your family or team name, plus up to six names, roles and sizes.
- Arabic and English names: the name in English, and the Arabic spelling if you have one.
- Caps, stickers and custom 3D files: name and race number.
Names can be up to 14 characters. We print exactly what you type, so please check the spelling before you order.
2. We personalise and check
Our designs are created with AI tools under Cartonomic’s creative direction. A person then adds your details and checks every file before it is sent. For Arabic names we confirm the spelling with you by email before printing.
3. You receive it
- Personalised digital designs: emailed within 24 hours as print-ready PDFs. Print at home or at any print shop.
- Instant downloads (city posters, flashcards, calendars, Eid and Ramadan sets, ready-made 3D files): available straight away in My account → Downloads.
- Printed items (tees, hoodies, mugs, caps, printed posters and stickers): made to order by our production partner and shipped in 5–10 working days.
Made a mistake?
Email customercare@cartonomic.com straight away with your order number. If we have not started your design yet, we will happily change it.
