Most of our designs are digital, so they reach you fast wherever you are. Printed items are made to order just for you.
Personalised digital designs
Party kits, personalised posters, reward charts and door signs are emailed to the address you use at checkout within 24 hours of your order. Nothing is posted.
Instant downloads
Ready-made printables and 3D files appear in My account → Downloads as soon as payment is confirmed. Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times within 30 days.
Made-to-order items
Tees, hoodies, mugs, caps, printed posters and printed stickers are made to order by our production partner, which prints close to your delivery address where it can. They ship in 5–10 working days, and you receive a tracking email when your parcel leaves.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer around public holidays and during Ramadan and Eid. Before big dates we post our order-by deadlines on Instagram and in our emails.
Where we deliver
Digital designs: worldwide. Printed items: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the other countries offered at checkout. Some countries may charge import taxes or duties on delivery.
Prices and currency
Prices are in US dollars. The price in UAE dirhams shown next to it is approximate; your bank converts the final amount.
Damaged or wrong?
Email customercare@cartonomic.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you.
